Mission Statement

   In 1993, the founder of ITP Western Express embarked on a journey from Eastern Europe to New Jersey in pursuit of a brighter future. Arriving as a fresh immigrant, not knowing a single word of English, he dove into the world of home delivery services in the New York/New Jersey Metro Area, working tirelessly to make ends meet. 

   After years of hard work and dedication, he saved enough to buy his own box truck, initially transporting furniture and appliances. As his experience in local delivery services grew, he took a significant leap forward by investing in his first big rig and hitting the open road. 

   With over 1 million miles under his belt, navigating through all 48 continental states, he felt a calling to transform the way a trucking company ran. His vision was to create an environment where truck drivers were not just employees but respected professionals—individuals who were trained, educated, and valued for their contribution to the business. 

   Thus, ITP Western Express was born—a company founded on principles of job satisfaction, respect for the truck, cargo, and customers. It was established to provide truck drivers with a fulfilling career, where they are treated as part of the family, taking pride in their work and approaching their responsibilities with utmost seriousness.

   Drawing on over two decades of experience in the transportation industry, we at ITP Western understand the ins and outs of the business. Our commitment is to share this knowledge with our drivers, empowering them to comprehend the industry intricacies and seize control of their future prosperity.
