2.  Recruitment - To guide drivers to success, we must first source the most professional CDL-A Owner/Operators. In this part of your role, you will be responsible for sourcing and prescreening candidates, taking the initial steps to build a lasting relationship.

This position is focused on driving success through effective communication and relationship-building. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to sell our trucking services to shippers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with shippers to understand their freight needs.
• Negotiate and close deals for contract freight, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for shippers, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
