Your earnings depend on your work ethic.
- You can expect $200,000+ in Gross Revenue as a solo driver pulling a dry van or flatbed trailer. - Our hardest workers made as much as $300,000 in 2023 even though the market was tough on them!
Our dispatchers are paid on commission and they never leave anyone behind without a load.
- Our company is built on teamwork!
- If you make money - we all make money, if you don’t - no one does!
We primarily book spot freight, i.e. through brokers/load boards.
- The freight is variable, but the rates are higher than dedicated/contract work!
We handle general freight, meaning dry goods, paper, canned products, non-alcoholic beverages (soda), etc.
- We aim to extensively bid for dedicated freight in the second quarter of 2025, when we add more trucks to the fleet, so we can feel comfortable knowing we can fulfill our promises.
- If you have a CDL-A and at least 3 years of experience, you're ready to transition from Company Driver to Owner-Operator.

We'll take you anywhere you want to drive!
- Our dispatchers are able to cover you anywhere in the contiguous 48 US States, including routes like:
- CA to North/North-West
- CA to Midwest
- Chicago to East Coast
- Chicago to West Coast
- Our dispatch team can effectively work with Dry Van and Flatbed trailers and the most senior team members have been for 17 years & counting.
- If you don't have a trailer, we work with Xtra Lease for trailer leasing.
- We do have a plate program and can provide plates if you need them.
- We'll charge you the total amount in 4 equal payments, prorated or for the whole year.
* It's recommended to get your own plates, because we'll need them back if you leave, but don't worry, we'll help you with the technicalities of how to get them if you'd like to do so.
Our dispatch team uses a formula to make sure every single load is a good load, by ensuring that you as an Owner/Operator get paid more than a Company Driver.
- We call this the Net Take Home amount.
You can test our formula:
From the gross line haul on a load, deduct $0.70 per mile for a driver's wage, $0.99 per mile for fuel, $220 per day for truck expenses, $175 per day trailer and insurance and the rest is your profit, or Net Take Home.
The CSA 2010 program combines and tracks a variety of information about company truck drivers, and owner operators.
The CSA 2010 point system is then used to determine the safety risks associated with the company truck drivers, and owner operators and help determine what disciplinary interventions (if any) should be taken.
The Comprehensive Safety Analysis 2010 (CSA 2010) is a new federal program that regulates safe driving habits in the commercial trucking industry. The mission of CSA 2010 is to prevent motor vehicle crashes before they happen. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will educate and regulate drivers through the Behavior Analysis and Safety Improvement Categories (CSA 2010 BASICs) program
